Breakfast Burrito
Looking for that southwest flair, our breakfast burrito will satisfy that. Our freshly baked chapati filled with scrambled eggs, seasoned meat of your choice, beans, cheese and veggies. Add our fresh homemade salsa and avocado (sliced or mashed).
Omelette Breakfast
There is no omelette without eggs, so we start there. Add your choice of meat and vegetables, top it off with cheese and served with potatoes of your choice.

Cubed pieces of chicken, beef or fish cooked in a mildly spiced traditional curry sauce. For extra spicy, just ask
Stew
Similar to the Curry, the same tender cubed chicken, beef or fish is cooked in a traditional red sauce
Stir Fry
Strips of tender chicken, beef or fish, sauteed with farm fresh carrots, peppers and onions
Stroganoff
Sort of like our stir fry, but the chicken, beef or fish is mixed with vegetables in a creamy white sauce
Whole Chicken
First we swoop a chicken from the coop. Pluck the feathers and clean it up for our customers. Then we rub the skin with butter, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper and soy sauce before cooking it to perfection. Roasted in the oven or grilled on an open flame, your choice
Half Chicken
Swooped, plucked and cooked the same as the whole chicken, but for a smaller appetite
Chicken Leg
We pull the leg off of one of our chickens.. gently... and cook it just. like our whole chicken.
Beef Filet Steak
We start with a tender piece of fillet, season it just right and cook it to your desire. Seared and baked with a garlic butter sauce or have it grilled over an open flame. Served with a side of potatoes and vegetables your way
Tilapia
Fresh from the shores of Rwanda... just kidding! Our tilapia filets are frozen but tender and delicious. We suggest our garlic butter baked Tilapia with parsley and red pepper, but you can also have it baked plain, seared or grilled
White Pizza
We use olive oil, garlic and Italian seasoning as a base for our homemade pizza dough rolled out nice and thin, topped with mozzarella, spinach and mushroom

The freshest white button and cremini mushrooms are sauteed in butter and garlic before adding a chicken stock base with cream for a hearty vegetarian delight over the pasta of your choice, but we suggest a an egg noodle. Topped with fresh parsley

Farm to table tomatoes are boiled, skinned, chopped and sauteed in olive oil, garlic, black olives and Italian seasoning to make a light but flavorful sauce. Served over your choice of pasta noodles, but we recommend the most delicate Linquine. Topped with fresh basil and grated parmesan
Lasagna
A little taste of Italy in Musanze! Layers of lasagna pasta, our homemade Italian meat sauce, parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta baked to perfection and topped with fresh basil and parsley. Perfect for a big appetite, or share it with a friend.
Pasta Carbonara
A traditional Carbonara made with beef bacon, garlic, egg and parmesan. Simple and elegant
Half Chicken
Swooped, plucked and cooked the same as the whole chicken, but for a smaller appetite
Isombe
Freshly sourced Cassava leaves are ground with with garlic, oil and peanut... allergic alert! Isombe spice cubes and water are added then slow cooked for hours. Can be made with or without beef and served with traditional sides of Kawunga (local dough made with corn flour). Ugali (local dough made with Cassava flour), or just plain rice

A traditional Rwandan delicacy, this combination of potatoes, bananas, spinach, and locally grown vegetables are cooked together into a hearty broth. Finished off with your choice of beef or chicken. This dish is made fresh and will take approximately 45 minutes to prepare. But it's worth the wait!

Whole Chicken Pilau
Farm to table onions, peppers and carrots are sauteed in a pot with Pilau Masala while the chicken is deep fried. Then everything is combined with rice and left to simmer. This is a hearty and delicious dish that will satisfy the whole table. Also available in half and quarter sizes.
